Bullseye Machine Gun 1.4

As requested by tonyeppy8 the DLC Bullseye Assault Rifle now with more power, more range, bigger magazine, auto fire, faster fire rate, faster reload time and less recoil. Nothing big didnt take long time..

V1.4: Added another retexture as requested by Roentijen. Credits for it go to rebel28.

V1.3: As requested by murdoc I added the bullseye retexture. Credits for the texture go to 13lacksabbat.

V1.2: As requested by vladana I added a version onehanded. I also increased magazine size and impulse.

Install: Put the pc_00.arc and the pc_00.tab file into your just cause 2/dlc folder
