Tutorial – Quick Skins
ac1997 and I have created a tutorial for how to make
a MASKING TOOL to use in Paint.NET

This is a PDF Tutorial.
It shows you step-by-step how to create a layered, masked image file .
It will allow you to quickly create and change simple vehicle skins,
especially overall texture skins, like camouflage, or patterns.
It will also "mask" any parts of the vehicle you do not want to affect, like instrument panels.
( Hence the term "Masking Tool" )

because we feel it will reach a wider audience.
We want to keep the small JC2 community excited
about modding & skinning!

The textbook looks good, and it’s made in this format. I also deal with PDF files like you, so I want to recommend you a service like https://pdfguru.com/pdf-to-png that makes working with documents much easier. For example, it allows me to create high-quality images from my documents.
