Super Slinky

This is my first mod so I welcome any constructive critism. This is a modification of the grappling hook. I have altered the colour (slighty) and width (greatly) to make the wire look like a slinky. I have also made the melee attack a one-hit kill. 

P.S. Could someone please explain to me how to mod vehicles? the .sarc files confuse me plus I don't know whatto change when I have opened the files as .xml's
