I was looking for a way to do have slow motion without Cheat Engine and with some help I came up with this trainer. UPDATE Still simple to use, press Q to get the slow motion effect and Q again to get normal speed, now you just use one key instead of two.

It is very simple to use, start Just Cause 2 and then activate the trainer. You DO NOT need a key to activate the trainer, in game press Caps Lock to have the slow motion effect and Q to go back to normal.

Also it is not possible to change the key combination.
