Panau Public Safety Service Mod

Hello, this is the beta release of PPS mod. There is currently 3 diplomat transport type vehicles in the mod, and one maintenance vehicle.

-Jumbo Jet, Complete!

-Charter Boat, Kill this boat, don't put this one in.

-City Jeep, Complete!

-Limo, Complete!

Note: If you have any mods that replace these vehicles, back them up in case you throw up at the quality of my cars.
