More, Harder Police Mod

Police not strong enough for you?  Heat 5 and yet only two police officers with puny pistols?  Say goodbye to that.  With this mod, the police are harder to kill, have fancy new weapons, and more come out to get you.  It's not surprising to be chased by five helicopters, two boats, and four cars.  Watch out for rocket launchers though!
