this is a modded mod meaning i didnt create it to start with.

this mod was made from extreme heat.

it features these features from extreme heat

General:

-Wanted level increase now happens earlier.

Level 3: 10000 chaos, Level 4: 50000 chaos, Level 5: 100000 chaos

not entirely certain but i think its there-all military and factions now have a small chance of spawning with Rocket Launcher (includes missions)

-stealing civilian car now has small chance of attracting heat (approx %5)

-colliding with civilian vehicles now has small chance of attracting heat (approx %3)

-approximately 1/3 of explosions will attract heat (eg. throwing a grenade at nothing)

-military helicopters now fire rockets at the same rate as the player as well as velocity and angle increase

-Minigun burst duration has been increased (AI will fire longer before stopping) (all minigun equipped vehicles)

-spawn times reduced for all vehicles (includes choppers)

not entirely certain-Grenade Launcher fire rate and range increased

not entirely certain-Rocket Launcher fire rate increased

-Sam missile site range increased and bullets/shot doubled to 2/shot

-spawn types altered

-Exit priority from mounted gun has been reduced (AI will not jump out of the gun as you go into a battle as much )

not entirely certain-Heath increased for grunts and elites
