Max Payne 3-ish Merc Outfit

Pretty much ripped off inspired by one of Max Payne's outfits in Max Payne 3.

 Plop the Payne Rico folder into Just Cause 2/dropzone. Make the folder if you don't have it.

 For the 9 people who downloaded this earlier, redownload it, because I've changed it to Rico's head & fixed a few things that I wanted to fix.
