Allows a dashboard/cockpit view for most vehicles, this mod replaces the rear view with an in-car view, press the rear view key to toggle between in-car view or the ususal chase view. Motorcycles, some aircraft and some boats are still work in progress. Created on Just Cause 2 v1.0.0.2
