Now a new update! Factions spawn like police, in police vehicles. The number of faction troops now also increases with the amount of heat you have.

Tips for finding faction vehicles: 

First, the obvious: If you hear fighting, head towards it. Second, you can hear the panauan military calling for air support, and if you have no heat, there's a good chance a faction helicopter's in the area. Driving around can help, but now since factions spawn more like police, more heat = more factions!

To install:

1) Go to your JC2 directory (where the .exe is)

2) If there is no folder called 'dropzone', create it.

3)Extract the contents of the .zip file into 'dropzone'

4)Play!
