Bering spawning

Requires world location settings mod! Get it from here

Adds the Bering cargoplane back to the two airports it spawns in. Their spawning is removed after you complete the location and this adds new instances for the planes.

NOTE: If you haven't yet completed the areas please note that the game will spawn the normal moving planes! This can end in a collision and explosion, though depending on your approach vector the moving plane can spawn earlier and move away.
